Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PST may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. We do not guarantee delivery dates, and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. Saints is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to address errors, customers will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Product Shipping Restrictions

THCA Products

We do not ship THCA products to the following states, in compliance with state regulations: Alabama, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont and Washington.

Orders placed with restricted products going to any of the listed states will be canceled and refunded.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once shipped, Thee Hemp Co. is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist as best we can but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.

Returns & Refunds

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 21. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Providing false information regarding your age is strictly prohibited and is your sole responsibility. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from misrepresentation of age.
